Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:

  • Providing individualized and group therapy
  • Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
  • Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
  • Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $72,000-$82,000
