Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.

About the Role
As a Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:
- Providing individualized and group therapy
- Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
- Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
- Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $80,000-$87,000
